Posted: 20 Feb 2018 05:59 AM PST Hi everyone, with 0.62 the map was changed a different locations. Tulga was redesigned completely and rather heartless. Doess anyone know the reason of that? The old Tulga safed my life quite some time with the apple trees and the water supply. [link] [comments]
PSA : Wellies, firefighter pants, raincoat, drybag, still gets you damp walking in water. Posted: 19 Feb 2018 01:37 PM PST I spent a good amount of time getting all rain/water proof 0% absorbency gear to live in the swamps near cherno/elektro, but even walking in water gets you damp and more. This is stupid. Don't try it [link] [comments]

Issue with Monitors/PC on DayZ Posted: 19 Feb 2018 03:40 PM PST So I've had my PC for years and have been playing dayz on it with no issues. I frequently play arma 3 and other such games with no issues. I have a GTX 960 and am Intel i7, as of late I'll boot up dayz play for about 15 minutes. Then both monitors lose connection to my PC and go black. This only happens in Standalone and I've had not other problems. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! [link] [comments]
Current DayZ SA 0.62 High-Res Map dir Printing? Posted: 19 Feb 2018 01:38 PM PST Hello Survivors, I am looking for an printable map for the current version of DayZ Standalone. The only high-res Maps that i found, are without City names. Or the printable Map is from an old Arma 2 Mod Version. Any idea where i can find one? Thanks! [link] [comments]

Realistically, how many players will return to the game if it makes it to beta? Posted: 19 Feb 2018 09:19 PM PST There seems to be a consensus among fanbois that there will be some massive jump in player numbers if the game makes it to beta. If there is any truth to this claim, what kind of growth would be a realistic expectation? 100%, 200%, 1000%? What do the statistics suggest? In the 4 years, 2 months since release, average user numbers have plummeted from a high of 23,000 to just over 2,200 today. During that time, there have been surges in player numbers after updates, the two largest increases being December 2015, with a growth of 69.9%, and June 2016, with a growth of 69.5%. Now if the statistical trends are to be acknowledged, and an incredibly optimistic player surge occurs that exceeds the largest on record, it still wouldn't even bring the numbers up to 4,000 average players. An even more wildly optimistic prediction, like those our friendly fanbois would like us to believe, of a return to a player count anything like the all-time highs of 2014, would require a growth of over 1000%... Does that sound like anything other than a fantasy? Does it help anything to have such irrational expectations? IMO the development process has been troubled enough without the added pressure of ridiculously optimistic expectations. [link] [comments]
