Cold used to be the fat guy in SK before, then he lost tons of weight and even tho they had some good results, it definitely wasn't like before. Now after their newest addition, that definitely isn't a skinny guy, everything's suddenly fine again, yeah what a surprise...

context: So currently league of legends champion series is in their off-season and a lot of roster mix ups are happening. Cloud 9's LCS(League champion series) team is trying to find a jungler and a lot of people are speculating that they are going to pick up rush, a jungler who formerly played on c9.

Jack, owner of C9 tweeted this which made people think C9 was going to sign rush

Matchmaking rank decay needs to be adjusted.

So I haven't played matchmaking in over a year, I only play on ESEA sense I have to pay for it. But I was recently banned for a community conduct violation, which for some reason the admins never told my what it was I did or said. I don't feel like playing Facit or Cevo so I decided to just play MM. Obviously my previous rank of Global is gone but I thought I'd maybe get LE or something once I played a few games to get a rank.

Nope...I got MG1, now I don't consider myself amazing at this game I still feel like I'm shit and have things to learn but after playing around 10 games the past 3 days I can just say valve made a major mistake. Almost every game has been a complete blow out and me getting called a hacker (understandably) and feeling like I ruined someones time because I did, I know what it feels like to play those games because I started out at SEM. I feel bad for those guys because its not fair that they have to face someone like me who's obviously to good for that rank and its not fair for me to have to play those games to grind all the way back to Global.

I'm not sure what Valve could do to fix this other then reduce the rank decay effect, I know that if you don't play for a long time you're going to be bad when you come back but maybe not that bad. I know this sounds like a "humble brag" but there's no other way to phrase it. I want this fixed because I love CS and I don't want people being put off from the game because of bad ranking. Maybe a valve delve can read this and they can change something.
