Starting to like the new jungle better then the old one

Now that creeps spawn every two minutes its forced me to get better at ganking and map control. I used to play too passively but this patch has really helped me be more aggressive. Sitting on 83% win rate with bs jungle this patch (low 3k). I've been seeing him more and more the last weeks after not seeing him at all since the nerfs, why is he relevant now? What's his role and build?

Anyway to balance late game?

Everyone knows how it goes. If the game goes past 40-45 minutes, whichever team has the 'stronger, fatter, tankier' lineup wins the game. If you have two supports on your team, you almost always end up losing because they become so squishy. It just becomes a war of attrition and yeah, the team with highest number of carries ultimately wins. Is there anyway to stop this from happening? Other than trying to finish the game in 30 minutes. Obviously that's the goal but I'm wondering if theres anyway to make supports more viable late game. Or is this just stupid? Thoughts?
