PokémonGo needs to add this feature, at the bottom left corner, to stop same team trainers from jumping in and putting a Pokémon when a gym is leveled up. It takes up to much time and hard work to level up a gym. The person that started leveling up the gym should have priority to add his Pokémon.

My Daughter's Dragonite

I let my 4 year old daughter play on my Pokemon account.

Yesterday I was surprised to see a new female Dragonite named after my daughter (my daughter changes her favorite Pokemon names to her name).

It has Dragon Tail and Outrage. :-) Also my Dratini candy was at 0.

I had been holding 2 Dratini, male at 98 IV and female at 91 IV.

Although I was going to evolve the 98 IV one, knowing my luck I would have ended up with another Steel Wing/Hyper Beam Dragonite.

So I was really happy she went ahead and evolved this one.

Thanks to this game ... my 4 year old girl knows the gender symbols for "male" and "female".

I'm also glad that she has a new favorite Pokemon, a Level 20 Dragonite with Dragon Tail/Outrage, because she'll "feed" it stardust any chance she gets, instead of feeding other random Pokemon (like Rattata).

You might not have the time or potions to take down a level 10 gym, but knocking it down to a 9 or 7 opens it up for lower level players and local non-spoofers to grab a spot. When my storage is maxed out and I'm overstuffed with revives and potions I clear out space by knocking opposing gyms down a level or two. I also really appreciate it when I see one of the nearby Valor gyms has been taken down to a 9, if not knocked over entirely. At least I'll have a chance to earn 10 coins that day.

I finaly got my first Dragonite after playing since 06/07. I walked over 290km with my dratini and got enought candy for evolution :D. Moveset and CP isn't the best for it but I don't care it is dragon!

So I'm gonna lay down a little story here, hoping someone's attention is raised.

I'm a family man in Iceland and have always enjoyed gaming. This years fancy is PGO and early on I loved it despite it's many flaws. I've even spent money on it and of course alot of time and effort. But it seems I "pissed off" a crazy teenager who uses an army of bots to both replicate/mimic my name and uses every waking hour to hunt down and eliminate any gym I enter. This has been ongoing for weeks now and I know who it is but won't do anything because he's a minor. Just today he took down 9 gyms in 20 minutes and left them empty. This has been raised with Niantic and they have banned several bots but he keeps coming back with new ones. The only time I've ever gotten a reply from them was when I used my name as a base for 8 of his bots. I don't see the point in playing the gym aspect of the game and am loosing interest in the game completely. What is more I'm losing any faith in Niantic and John Hanke and I think that if this botting situation isn't resolved very, very soon I won't be spending my money, time or effort on anything they produce ever again. The worst thing about Niantic is their silence.

Question about your 7th day PokéStop streak

[question] So, for my past 2 7th day stream rewards, I've been getting my usual evolutionary item, like usual, but later during the day, after hitting multiple stops, I've been getting a second item. Is there any correlation between getting your 7th day streak item and THEN hitting multiple stops that same day to get another item or is it just luck that I've been getting a second item later during the day?

Today, for example, I got an Up-Grade for my 7th day reward, then about an hour later, after hitting multiple stops, I got a Sun Stone. Last time this happened, I got a Dragon Scale for my streak and then got a Metal Coat later that day.

There really needs to be a patch to fix the Pokemongo+ connection issues with android phones.

Seriously, sometimes it can take me well over 30 minutes of trying to connect them to no avail and sometimes they connect straight away. For a device that costs over thirty pounds, this should not be an issue.

Ive never even seen a Dragonair in the wild let alone a Dragonite, everyone I know who plays Pokémon go already has one but I finally managed to evolve a 97% Dratini I've been holding on to since level 22. Are there places I can check if the move set is good? It looks good to me.
