[Spoiler] I just had the most amazing moment.

So, I get to Markarth to do a dark brotherhood quest. I walked all the way from the sanctuary to there, so my character needed sleep. I had all kinds of diseases and dared not to to sleep outside. Once I get inside, I see the forsworn dude, I punch him he starts attacking me a guard does save me though. With all of that in my mind, I start getting to the inn. I sleep there a decent sleep, in the morning I go meet the contract giver. I get the details, now of course I will do the extra job. So I get to Windhelm where I also have a nice sleep in the inn. I follow the girl around, and just at the evening when she walks alone in an ally. I figure ''best time to kill her is now'' I quickly cut her throat, and hear footsteps approaching behind a corner. I'm so immersed right now, so I take her blade and cut her throat again with it. I then put the blade in her hand, and I see its a guard who walks by. I talk to him and he says.. ''No lolygaggin'' I laughed for 10 minutes straight.

What would you think about this story?

Posted: 19 Feb 2017 05:37 AM PST

The year is 5E 205. This game takes place about 200 years after the events of Skyrim (with the 4th era ending on Alduin's defeat). There are 2 protaganists, and their race, gender, name etc, is all done at character creation. Basically, the Last Dragonborn who you played as on Skyrim has become corrupt and, sometime later, became ruler of Tamriel and Akavir. The system of these two protaganists works a bit like GTA 5, you can switch to the other if you want during free roam but the missions involve both of them working together to do something. Basically, what these two need to do, is rise in power in order to kill the dragonborn.

I've been thinking about this and I think this would make for a great story. Maybe having the dragonborn regret everything he did and commit suicide out of his guilt, or whatever. You decide. Would this make for a good story?

The Dragonborn's race would be determined by the game scanning the PC for any Skyrim save. If they find one (or more), you can decide which save you pick. Then, the dragonborn would have the race and appearances of the save you picked. If there is no save, you can have a character creation for the dragonborn too

EDIT: This could conflict with someone's backstory. An idea I have is that the RP backstory of a player does happen but ~200 years after, the dragonborn returns somehow to ultimately conquer Tamriel and Akavir in a short period of time

I saw a purple slash on my map and then exited my map and looked up and this flew over me, what type of dragon is this and why is it glowing purple?

Getting killed over and over...

Posted: 19 Feb 2017 12:29 AM PST

Am I doing something wrong? I'm level 20, have full plate armor and a 23 damage greatsword, yet the only thing in the game I seem to be able to fight is a wolf. What am I doing wrong? I can't dodge or block any enemies attacks, as they go through my guard, and the fireball mages that seem to be on every corner in tamriel kill me in one hit. Was I supposed to have unlocked something by now, or done something to make me more powerful? I just feel incredibly weak. Difficulty novice.
