This is an opportunity for the more experienced LoL players here to share some of your wisdom with those with less expertise. New Nunu champ model has no buisness looking so adorable Posted: 13 Aug 2018 08:44 AM PDT Old nunu looked like the obnoxious kid that would throw rocks at the other kids at the playground and old Willump looked like a grumpy old man who's lumbering around the grocery store looking for the Low Cholesterol aisle. I wish Tahm Kench would swallow an enemy if it died to being eaten, instead of halfassed spitting it out Posted: 13 Aug 2018 03:18 AM PDT Right now Tahm spits a doomed enemy out only for him/her to die once it leaves the mouth. It would make more sense to me, if the enemy is "too weak" (too low on hp) to survive Tahm's engulfing, you may as well swallow him down. There could be an own sound effect or visual effect for it as well (when an enemy would die to w) compareable to Cho Gath or Zed's Ult (if I'm not mistaken). It would be cool if reworked Nunu was the first champ to be called "Nunu & Wilump" to highlight that Wilump is more than just a mount than Bristle is to Sejuani. Posted: 13 Aug 2018 08:07 AM PDT Willump* Don't limit yourself to single name. I love some outlaw imperfection in the champion design and Willump is more than a mount like the boar Bristle is to Sejuani. Willump is a visible, touchable, loveable character in itself and Nunu is incomplete with Wilump. I know some old fighting games inwhich you controlled two characters and they both were named in the selection. To use an "&" in character selections is not revolutionizing. I would really love for Riot to go beyond their usual paradigms to give it more charm and anew freshness. EDIT: Some people seem not to understand that Wilump is more than Valor is to Quinn, Wilump is more than Skarl is to Kled. Wilump is more than Bristl is to Sejuani. Wilump, unlike the others, is not just a mount like the once you mention. EDIT #2: I just checked the updated universe page (lore, map) and it seems like they really did title him "Nunu & Willump"! Amazing. I did not see that coming! Just to be sure I checked if it's a "universe page thing" to mention partners in the name, so I looked at Quinn, if she is called "Quinn & Valor", Kled (Kled & Skaarl) and Sejuani (Sejuanie & Bristl), but "Nunu & Willump" are the only once inwhich both main protagonists that make up the playable character are mentioned in their name. This will definitely be how "Nunu & Willump" will be appearing in the client! This must mean the Nunu-&-Willump-Designteam must have had the same agreement as me: That Willump really is different to all the other mounts some champions have. Willump has a personality and communicates in a way more intelligent form (almost like a modern highly evolved species, not an animal) as seen in the teaser trailer. Yes, he may have his own language, but he is not a "pet" partner like Valor, Skaarl or Bristl.
