| TIL you can plant plant fibers Posted: 09 Jul 2018 02:32 PM PDT I'm gonna start off with I don't know why you would ever need to grow plant fibers with how abundant they already are, but you can and they grow faster than any other plant. I planted goldenrod, cotton, and plant fibers at the same time. The plant fibers were done growing and ready to harvest before the other plants even reached stage 2 of their growth. The plant fiber only has one stage of growth so it's easy to tell when it's done growing. I planted a batch of them before I started typing this and it's already done. You also have to break them rather than harvesting them. Punching them gives 2 and using a hoe gives 5. I didn't see anything online about planting them so I thought i'd put it on here. It also does look nicer than the old dead grass that's found pretty much everywhere. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Can I use a server bot if I'm renting a server? Posted: 09 Jul 2018 11:45 PM PDT Hello everyone. I've been googling but I'm a little overwhelmed with info at the moment. I just started up a rented server for myself and a couple of friends to play on. It has full FTP access and I have successfully installed the Valmod Overhaul Pack both on the server and all of the players local machines. It appears to be working well. I'm interested in adding bot functionality to the server, particularly I'd like the /pack and /home commands for use by my players, and I wouldn't mind it if I could add a chat-based store as well but that's entirely superfluous to my needs. | Posted: 09 Jul 2018 09:58 AM PDT I've had problems with the memory leak crashing the game. I'm pc and hey it happens. I've noticed a pattern with the bike. What tends to happen is I get on the bike and drive and somewhere, as naturally you would. Somewhere along the way it crashes. When I start back up, I'm standing there, no bike. The bike is no where to be seen. I've found a pattern. The bike is always where I last parked it. No matter where I am and it crashes, my position in the world is saved where I am or a few steps back. The bike's saved location goes back to when I last got off of it. Normally that would be my base but I have started making it a practice of every so often getting off the bike and back on (twice, paranoid) and so now when it crashes I'm not very far away when I reload.
