Pig could use some love

Pig has some bugs going on with two addons and two that have the wrong name. She could also use some nice buffs to make her some what viable.

The two bugged addons are:

  • Bag of Gears
  • Crate of Gears

These two both add time it takes to search a Box as well as reduce the time it takes to put on a RBT. ATM all they do is make putting on the RBT take longer. The main part of the addons don't even work.

The two swapped addons are:

  • Jigsaw's Sketch
  • Jigsaw's Annotated Plan

If you look at the description for both addons they say:

A disturbing, yet brilliant, Trap design laid down on paper and ANNOTATED by Jigsaw.

A disturbing, yet brilliant, Trap design SKETCHED in detail on a sheet of paper.

It says sketched in the description for Annotated Plan and annotated in Sketched Plan. Small issue but is a simple fix.

Lastly are just some small buffs she should get:

  • Make Box Auras not appear right away while survivors have the RBT on. Make them appear when the RBT is 50%.

  • Remove the Insidious sound when she lunges but keep the yell.

  • Replace the Default skill checks on the boxes for ones like the DS and Madness ones. Don't grant additional progress as well.

  • Make RBT pop on hatch. Lore wise, the survivor isn't playing by the rules. If they don't play by the rules they die. Find a box and take it off.

Reasons:

  • RBTs are way to easy to get off becuase survivors can see where they are. They have so much leeway as well with the traps stopping during a chase, hooked and slugged. Making it a bit harder to find them can help a bit.

  • The Insidious sound shouldn't be there. It's so easy to hear it and just SB away. She is hard counted by a single perk becuase Survivors get a huge notice when she's lunging. This is just like the Myers EW1 sound change. It really doesn't need to be there but the yell is fine.

  • The boxes shouldn't grant extra progression. Make them like how DS and Maddness ones are where they are just full white and a tad bit smaller then normal skill checks.

  • Hatch should pop RBT. The whole point of Jigsaw's games is playing by the rules. The hatch is legit breaking the rules. I would be fine if once the hatched spawned, there is one survivor left and the exit gates WEREN'T powered that the Pig could no longer see the Auras of boxes so you can't just camp them.

These obviously aren't going to make her top tier but will help a little just like how Hag and Trapper are getting QoL buffs. Her biggest problem will still be how brain dead Sprint Burst is. If SB gets a nerf, not to CD, but on it's activation requirements, the Pig will be a top tier Killer.

Wards should be hidden offerings. There's no reason anyone else needs to know you have one, it has no impact on the trial. Sometimes if a killer uses a Black Ward, survivors will immediately disconnect.

As is, Hidden offerings are very easy to predict because there are so few, which defeats the purpose. Making Wards hidden would also help with that.

Why do you make your username your twitch if you get super salty when someone joins it?

This happens to me a lot as killer where I'll typically join a twitch stream just before to say good luck, then leave to play the game only to return after and see their reaction to the match we just played.

What really irks me though is the number of streamers who will basically just jump to the conclusion that you're stream sniping if they get crushed and overall get super salty about it. The most recent was ironically when I was playing against a guy who had in his profile's description "Stream Snipe Me" then proceeded to whine after match about how I must have stream sniped him even though I pretty much thrashed his entire team equally and he was the only streamer (of course I wasn't sniping though).

If you're that paranoid about enemy players watching you, why the hell did you even link your twitch on your profile anyway? Why are you streaming with no delay? Why do you even bother streaming if you're gonna spend the duration of your stream whining about something you have complete power over preventing or stopping?

Some streamers are super cool (Haltexe is someone that has a pretty chill stream, overall no salt kinda guy) which is why I like to pop in, but a good chunk of them are either salt mines or just looking to exploit/farm in my experience. Stream sniping isn't even that viable in a game where you have 3 other survivors to worry about and every second is precious.

It would be so nice and Incredibly helpful if on The Daily ritual page they had a clock or some type of countdown. It seems completely random as to when I receive a new ritual or when I can delete another one.
