Arma Terrains

I went and sorted through the mess that is the Arma terrains section of the workshop and found all the terrains I could find regardless of the quality. I personally would not have found some of these maps unless I did some real digging.

Unable to lock targets with new targeting in tanks DLC?

I press T, ensured T is bound to lock target and nothing else, but it's not coming up with the box or any of the new fancy stuff that I got to read about before being blown up while pressing T 30+ times in the showcase, am I missing something here?

Are the vehicle DLCs worth getting if I can't play online?

Hey guys, i've played about 100 hours of arma 3 so far but nearly all of it has been single player mods, mission, eden, etc. I have APEX, and a few of the other single player DLCs but are the vehicle dlc's like Tanks worth getting if I don't play online? Where/when do you use these vehicles?

I don't play online because I'm from Australia and there is almost no servers with less than 150 ping and more than 5 players. Also a tone of the servers have the red dot saying i've got conflicting mods or something like that.
