Killers are OP

They stab me and I don't like that. I also do not win 100% of the time, so I have ideas for killer changes:

1) 5 hooks in every map, 4 at each corner and one in the middle. Good luck fucko

2) Only 1 perk slot, choose wisely

3) Also every single perk is a hex perk, and every single totem on the map is a hex totem and can destroy the perk

4) Survivors don't have to hit a skill check to escape DS

5) Also, when a survivor Decisive Strikes it also hard resets your PC/console

6) BBQ and chili is removed from the game

6) Survivors only have to do 2 generators

What do you think of my ideas guys :)

If your killer is going AFK mid-game it means he has given up on that game, but he doesn't want to DC and sour everyone elses experience. In that situation, do the gens, get out of the game and leave. Don't bitch at the killer for being a crybaby. He/She didn't want to play that game for whatever reason and they were kind enough to let you guys get some extra points instead of just pulling the plug on everyone. Learn to take the W.

Quality Of Life Update for Object of Obsession.

I love this perk(I am not the stereotypical cocky survivor who uses this perk) and one thing that always bugged me was when the camera spun around the killer and survivor at the start of the game, the perk activates. Before I can move, the killer can know where I am. This means that I would always be the first to be found instead of only starting to look once the killer finds another survivor. This doesn't happen all of the time because the killer isn't always close enough but when it does it really sucks and takes any skill out of it in my opinion. So please remove this and only let it activate once I can move. As well as this, either don't allow it to activate unless in the dream world, or allow you to see him while awake when against Freddy.

Now that BHVR has complete control over the game, it's time for Hex totem changes.

As it stands, it's not only a complete gamble as to whether or not you'll get a good totem spot or not, but you as a killer also have no ability to prevent survivors from almost instantly cleansing your hex if they happen to spawn near one.

Here's what I suggest for a simple rework:

  • Totem placements are redone. There should be many places a totem can be with many possibilities they could spawn, but entirely randomized.

    As it stands there are a few common spots totems can appear, and the remaining handful of spots are empty. Given that maps are randomized (some more than others) it's understandable why BHVR needs to choose specific places to prevent hexes from appearing on top of tractors or in the open air dead center of the map.

  • Survivors no longer spawn within line of sight of totems.

Simple thing that changes totem placement rather than survivor placements. A hex totem should NEVER be the first thing a survivor sees when spawning in, as it basically ruins the 'thrill of the hunt' pun fully intended. Totems should be hidden from view and difficult to find, they do glow bright orange when hexed after all.

  • Totems always spawn at least 20m from a generator, again as far from LOS as possible.

Harkening back to dynamic placement of totems, this should encourage survivors to actively hunt for the totem instead of just stumbling across it. This change may or may not be necessary with dynamic totem changes. For example, as it is now a totem will always spawn in the middle of a garbage wall in auto heaven. The changes will alter this so totems are more likely to be wedged at the end of the wall facing another wall to lower its visual presence. Small things like that, tucking totems further into corners to prevent easy spots.

Allow killers to choose their hex totems

This could be hit or miss. In the loadout, killers should have a little checkmark bubble beneath hex perks. When checked, hexes will spawn randomly throughout the level as they do now. When unchecked, killers start the match with their hex deactivated and have to apply it to a totem of their choosing. We can utilize the R button, which allows the killer to see totem auras, and pick one that best hides their babies. Would go something like:

Hold R, locate totem, press R on totem, 1-4 to select hex to apply. Q to cancel.

In general, I would love to see this as the spawning rules:

  • increased number of possible totem spots per map, totem spots also changed. (Maybe cycled ABC weekly?)

  • Totem spawns check for survivor spawns, if within LOS, pick the next closest spot. If no spot exists that survivors won't see, create cover with setpiece(unlikely)

  • Check for generator proximity, pick another spot if within 20m and outside of LOS.

I suppose that's about it. This isn't to make totems impossible to find or anything, just to make it increasingly less likely that survivors will stumble across a totem right after spawning in, or due to dumb luck after beginning repairs of a gen. Also to give killers the option to gamble with random placements to save time at the cost of inconvenience, or place them in places they see fit.

Give feedback! I think if all of this was added it would be a bit too overwhelming, what does everyone else think?

Hatch Standoff and salt

i was playing survivor last night and it was me and the killer left he found the hatch first and stood on it (so i couldn't interact with it) i tried to bait him off of it but he wouldn't move; i went to do gens and was told by a survivor who was insta moried off the hook by him that he had noed. So i went round and got all of the totems after this had happened i got the last two gens and got the exit opens just as i escape he pulls the plug and then messages me thats what you get for not dc'ing. what's the point of this he wasted nearly an hour of his time (i was trying to bait him off the hatch for a while) for no points not to mention an ebony mori and three mori's as well as the two bps that we brought in.
