| What Should I Do In The Midgame as a Midlaner - Ancient 1 Posted: 31 Dec 2017 03:46 PM PST Hey there, thanks for reading. I am an ancient 1 player and I try to grind dota 2 whenever I can, which usually ends up to be 4+ games a day. I find myself to be in a rut right now and I am 99% sure it is because my midgame is so garbage. The mentality in my head when the midgame comes around as the midlaner is to farm my powerspike items, push/splitpush, kill people (gank), then farm some more. I will occasionally come fight with my team as well, however, most of the time I just think of pushing. Considering the many different possibilities of what hero I am playing, I would break base that shadow fiend is a hero in where I would do something like this. I am not sure if this is method is entirely helpful in my current bracket, I would like some insight from this subreddit to inform me on how the midlaner should breakdown midgame in the ancient ranks. | Is Omniknight still viable as a support? Posted: 31 Dec 2017 05:14 AM PST I always thought of him as a slightly greedy support that needs a few basic items to get going, and nowadays it seems even more so given that he's generally played as a pos 3 core. | Posted: 31 Dec 2017 03:02 AM PST okay so pls dont judge me, my english is not the best so far, ik it but i tried to read some sites about the roles, but offlane role its still not clearly for me. i came from LoL, i played jungler so i wanna learn offlane here too, cause its seems similar. but where should i start the game? where i need to farm first? or its not in like LoL? if some1 dont know, in the start of the game u choose top or bottom lane, and the guys on top/bot help u to kill jugnle monsters. I'm starting to find games much harder to locate them as they don't place them in such obvious spots anymore. Obviously watching their inventory even when theyre hidden but its still hard. Spectre late game is not supposed to lose against Luna right? The game went on to 60+ minutes and I felt like Luna was way stronger, even though we were both 6-slotted. Did I do something wrong? | Battlefury timings on Anti-Mage ? Posted: 30 Dec 2017 10:05 PM PST Hi, I've been playing a lot of anti mage these days, however i'm not able to get my battlefury before 15 mins. I usually get it in the 15-20 mins gap. could anyone help me figure out farming patterns. I usually go for boots -> ring of Health -> Treads -> Void Stone -> BF. what are the points to be kept in mind and how to improve bf timings. When should I get a Linken Sphere over Aghanims Sceptre? and what should be my priority after BF (currently I go for Manta -> Aghanims -> Butterfly -> Abyssal) Thanks a lot! [link] [comments]  |

Teams with meepo/techies/TA/SF, teams with hardcore intentional feeders from early on, teams with account buyers (seriously - not just bad players, but people who are building armlet on slark and missing every creep). My behavioral score isn't even bad, I get lots of commends becuase I main support. I imagine carry players have it 10x worse, since often if I were to pick carry my team would have 5 carries.
