Looking at the Teaser for DLC 4 for Halo wars 2(Spoiler) Posted: 12 Jun 2017 10:21 PM PDT Alright, to those who have yet to play halo wars 2 or have not seen the e3 trailer please be advised that this will contain spoilers. So the trailer is about a minute long, just took me a while to see how well they blended the Halo 3 brutes with 343's halo 2 brutes good job there, I can actually see their faces properly in this cut scene but lets start of analyzing what can happen in DLC 4. So we see a 3 brutes 2 minors and a major? So, according the questions asked during this reveal apparently the flood managed to survive in the events of Halo 3, and now they're alive and well. We see how these brutes are searching this area it seems to be similar on how the elites once let out the flood in CE they thought it was a weapons cache but turned out to be something worse. This can tell us one of two things the banished are desperate to eliminate captain cutter and they fell in the same trap as the elites did, or they saw this as a means of getting the advantage on the humans by releasing the flood. So we see how the brutes see the infection form and eliminate it, as it progresses the brutes are surrounded by the flood im assuming, can't tell because its a bit dark but there are some orange lights here and there. The you hear atriox said he told them not to go inside, as the brute sees something and drops his weapon and they get swarmed by the flood and taken over. I do have to say, they made the brute combat forms even more grosser than their halo 3 counter part, good job 343. Now what is this thing that made that one brute drop his spiker?I mean brutes aren't the types to just give up in a fight regardless of the situation, this could be one of two things. The huge ass unit that was shown during the reveal of the fire fight mode, or a grave-mind. Either or could make sense because it one can show how powerful the flood have gotten or the fact that the grave-mind is back and ready to fuck everyone up. What do you think? Its possible the gravemind could be alive and atriox and his men have to deal with it. [link] [comments] | ||
