| Posted: 30 Apr 2017 11:39 AM PDT I'm sorry. I was always one of those guys who thought your job was easy, I'll admit it. I thought healer's were for girlfriends and alts. I was that guy. I was very, very wrong. I bought the Healers Habit set, grinded Salvation. Got my templar geared, thought I was good to go. Hopped into Vet COH 1, thinking all was well, how hard could it be? Even an easy dungeon! Leeeeeerrrroooooy Jenkins!!! I wiped the whole group. 8 times. On the first boss. I had no Soul Gems. I couldn't even keep myself alive, much less that poor Bosmer DPS. People left. I got hate tells. The group fell apart. I didn't know. I just didn't know. I'm sorry. I truly am. So I pen this open letter to healers, nay Healers, everywhere, to accept my apology and eternal gratitude. For all of us ignorant fools out there, I say thanks. So naturally, i decided to recharge my precise lightning maelstrom. Im impatient as fuck, so i quickly hit triangle, and clicked 'x' twice thinking i was on the charge option. I wasnt. It was on the enchant option. So i applied a white glyph to a gold precise malestrom lightning staff. I was done. 20 minutes later, rewards came out. Sharpened maelstrom lightning staff. I've read many people's thoughts on the classes, races, and builds available, but I'm never convinced. I've done the Dominion quests up until The Orrery around 3 or 4 times, and I keep getting the urge to play something different, but I don't like the other alliances' questlines. So help me, tell me what I should play and why, just as a recommendation. I'm not really into Sorcerers, even though they might be the best Class out there. Thanks in advance! [link] [comments]  | ||

| Have a choice between ps4 or pc. Some questions for returning player Posted: 01 May 2017 02:16 AM PDT 1) What is the population like for ps4 vs pc? 2) Is ps4 hardcore endgame a thing? Can you just as easily gear up and do your rotations on a ps4 with enough practice? 3) how much does the lack of addons change the pve or pvp game on ps4? (Besides for convenience/ timesaving like for e.g. lorebooks or skyshards) I have the game on both platforms and have a good pc but i do love the comfort of sitting on a couch. | Posted: 30 Apr 2017 01:41 PM PDT Real question. Whenever someone steals a chest, talks shit to me over chat, beats me in a duel, whatever, I just feel the overwhelming need to say something. Twice now this has gotten me 3 day suspensions. I feel like I genuinely can't control it. I find myself regularly flaming people that steal nodes from me or say something I disagree with in chat. Posted: 30 Apr 2017 07:18 PM PDT A skill meant to be so you assassinate out of detection and sneaky just like how you're meant to be in heists, and if we do it with no other enemies around to detect us we still get caught? | Noob needs help with making a build Posted: 30 Apr 2017 09:57 PM PDT Hey guys, I'm fairly new to the game (played on and off, wanting to take it a bit more seriously) and wondering what I need to make a build effective. After looking at some guides online and whatnot I have decided I want to make my own build. Only 2 abilities I have decided on right now is Inner Light and Power Surge. This covers Spell Critical and Major Sorcery. I am assuming I will need a DoT, so I guess I can play around with Liquid Lightning. After that, this is about where I draw a blank. What key elements are there when making a build? What other buffs do I need through abilities? Edit: before anyone asks, I understand that passive and gear sets matter; I will be adding those as I go to focus around which abilities I use. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Will ESO Ever Become Cross-Platform with PC? Posted: 30 Apr 2017 09:56 PM PDT I get that PS4/Xbox aren't going to ever cross over, but do you think PC and PS4 would be doable? I know FFXIV does it well. The reason I ask, is because ESO is by far and away my favorite MMO right now. I play it on console with a couple buddies, but now that I've unsubbed from WoW, I want a PC MMO to play on the side, though, I'd still rather be playing ESO. I spend a lot of time on my laptop writing, so it's just convenient to game a bit on the side on my laptop. I'd even buy another copy if I had to, if cross-platform ever came to be a reality. I love both of them, but I only have 1 Velidreth set so I have to constantly switch gear back and forth between them. I can't decide which one I want to focus on. I love the survivability with crit surge on my stamsorc, but my stamDK pulls higher DPS. I do have Vigor on my DK but I love not having to worry about healing on my sorc. What do? Which will be better in the next patch? Help me decide; I like to focus on one character. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Posted: 30 Apr 2017 11:47 PM PDT I'm a level 39 DK, and I have to say grouping is hilariously fun! Don't know why I only played solo this entire time. Got an awesome group of 6-8 together and farmed all night, then went to Giant Camp in Riften and destroyed the bosses. Most enjoyable time I've had in the game. Finding a group is fairly easy too. All I did was advertise a little in chat with "Whisper for Invite to Cult farm/Giant camp. Large group + Merchant." Met tons of new players and we plan to group again tomorrow. I started experiencing some issues launching ESO where it would just sit in a black screen forever. I tried many different ways to fix the issue, only to find this issue in /r/Overwatch. Apparently, something is up with Razer Synapse update 2.20 which prevents some games from launching. I quit Razer Synapse completely, tried launching ESO again, and it worked. | [PC] Latency issue, need help :( Posted: 01 May 2017 02:23 AM PDT I have currently 3 machines on my network, 2 of which run the game at a nice stable 70-120 ms (I am in Finland) however the 3rd machine has erratic latency ranging from 80-999+ but it only happens with THIS game and I have tried this with other massively multiplayer games aswell an it works fine.
