Legendary Drop Rates & BloodShard Prices 2.4.2 Up until now I've asked /u/p0d3x for help with getting the actual data from the game. Which he has generously provided for the past many patches. But he has for personal reasons been unable to help out with the current patch. So instead of sitting around waiting, I've decided to ask the community for help. | The 1 to 70 leveling experience. Posted: 30 Apr 2017 05:16 PM PDT Out of all the arpgs, diablo still has the best leveling experiences around. If you aren't focused on rushing to level 70, slow down and enjoy that aspect of the game. Gearing a max character to become strong is fun, but once your fully geared it does become repititive. I get an amazing sense of joy and excitement each time I level up, and get access to new skills. While witch doctor is my most unfavourable class right now at 70, witch doctors level 1 - 70 experience is incredible! Does anyone else go back and just have a chilled playthrough? | Where should the story go from D3? Posted: 30 Apr 2017 09:23 PM PDT The Heaven Hell dynamic with bringing Diablo and his brothers back over and over again is a bit worn. For Diablo 4, what about an event in which it's revealed that there is another dimension besides Heaven, Hell, and Sanctuary, and this dimension sets their sights on conquering all 3? Presumably this dimension has always existed, but the beings there have only just recently learned to travel between dimensions. How fucking epic would it be if part of the game is getting you to purposely revive Diablo, etc. because you need his help to save all three dimensions, even his Hell. Then of course at the end the new alien dimension is beat back, but everyone turns on each other, and the ending cinematic is Diablo and his brothers, whom you've all revived, escaping back to Hell, perfectly setting up the expansion. I looked online, I went to That manor and I also went to act3. There's no portal. And when I click the tome it says something about "not wearing the garb". Idk. I tried both Adventure and story mode. I was wondering if the PC/mac versions of the game are cross compatible? In college, me and my buddies would all run co-op together on my ps4, but since we have all moved to different cities now we can't do that. We are excited to play the new expansion but a few of us have PCs, and a few of us have MacBooks. Is it the same system/can we group up without problems? | Best speedfarming class in S10? Posted: 30 Apr 2017 05:24 AM PDT Haven't played in a few seasons and some circumstances have shifted for me to where I might be able to invest some time into this season, assuming it has at least a month left. Anyway last time I played I made a Crusader and did pretty well, only played it, got LoN and ended up in top 100. But the entire time I regretted starting it because that season all my friends with a demon hunter just used that to farm. My current interests lie in building a bankroll with whichever class this season is the best at farming. Is there a general guide for which class/build is most efficient to just farm this patch? | What's the D3 experience like going from PC to Console? Posted: 30 Apr 2017 10:04 AM PDT Hi all, lifetime Diablo player here. My Mac laptop has taken a dive into the shit, the hard drive in it really can't handle much anymore and it crashes even when I try to just install programs like D3. So I can't play anything on it for a while until I get a new machine. D3 is on sale right now on the PS Store for a crispy $32.49 CAD. Seems like a good fit except obviously the console port will be substantially different than my experience with the PC version of the game. Anyone here made the switch able to tell me more about the benefits and detractions? How difficult is it to play on console? Does any substantive gameplay mechanics change? I must admit, I was a little underwhelmed when I first saw the Necromancer in Blizzcon, but as I'm playing the beta, I realize that I was wrong and God, I'm looking forward now. The thing that really did it to me is the Blood Set. Gosh, the designing was really good. It fits into the theme so well. Given that the 4 piece bonus is more of a bane than a boon, but that can be fixed easily.. The best part is that, with this set, Blizzard made the Molten Wildebeest's Gizzard and the Invigorating Gemstone really strong for the Necromancer. On par, if not over par with Bane of the Trapped.
