| Change my view: Rioters and EDARs are simply unfun to fight Posted: 31 Aug 2018 12:41 PM PDT In this precision based game, it really slows the gameplay to a halt when you have to stop what your doing after popping a dozen zed skulls to waste your ammo shooting a Rioter in the thighs or spraying at the EDAR's chest in hopes you are lucky enough to hit their core. These enemies are never really as satisfying to kill as other zeds, and just unnecessarily slow down the gameplay whenever they show up without adding to the game's difficulty in a meaningful way. I hope that someday Tripwire decides to revert Rioters back into Elite clots which have no armor, or perhaps replace them with a new large zed that can enrage fellow zeds. As for EDARs, Tripwire won't remove them simply because of how much effort that was already put into them, so I don't really know how they should be changed. Maybe they should only appear in endless mode, or maybe the EDARs should be a Boss, where all three of them spawn in the boss wave and all have unique fighting styles. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Can I join a game from spectating? Posted: 31 Aug 2018 09:27 AM PDT I was easily able to do this in KF 1, but there seems to be a problem where I have the option to join the game. | PS4 or PC, coming back from a Hiatus. Posted: 31 Aug 2018 01:44 PM PDT So, I played a game..a LOT on PS4 when it came out. Have about 5 at 25 and others scattered. I also bought the game on PC to play with some friends but didn't get that far leveling 16 zerker is max Character. Since I took a break, they now have the prestige system in place and wondering what people think of just start playing on PC or stick with PS4 and continue from there.
